Sailor Piece

Sailor Piece Builds

Tested and optimized configurations for every stage and playstyle. Each build includes stat allocations, gear lists, and ability rotations.

How to Read These Builds

Each build page lists: recommended race, Devil Fruit, primary weapon, accessories, stat allocation percentages, ability rotation order, and difficulty rating. Stat percentages assume you have allocated your stat points proportionally—not that you need a specific total number.

How Builds Work in Sailor Piece

Every character in Sailor Piece has five stat categories: Melee, Sword, Fruit, Gun, and Defense. Each time you level up you receive stat points to allocate freely. Your stat totals directly scale the damage of the corresponding move type — a character with 5,000 Sword points will deal more sword damage than one with 2,500 Sword points, even if they use the same weapon.

Beyond raw stats, your race applies a permanent damage multiplier on top. For example, SwordBlessed adds +20% to all Sword damage, and Galevorn adds +20% to all Melee damage with 3% lifesteal. This means your race choice locks in which stat path is most efficient for you. Most endgame builds fully invest in one primary stat (2,500–5,000 points) plus Defense, leaving the other combat stats at zero. Multi-stat hybrid builds are possible but require more total levels to be competitive.

The Alter Update added a Spec Passive System where you can roll passives for your fighting style using Passive Shards. Passives range from Common to Mythical rarity (0.2% for Mythical) and provide additional multipliers on top of your base stat build.

Choosing the Right Build for Your Playstyle

Fastest Leveling (Early Game)

Fishman race + Flame Fruit. Fishman gives a passive XP bonus per kill and Flame Fruit has wide AoE for clearing mobs. No rare items needed.

PvP (Endgame Duels)

SwordBlessed + Gilgamesh fighting style + Manipulator Outfit. The +20% Sword DMG from race combined with Gilgamesh iframes is the current top-tier PvP setup.

Boss Farming (Loot & Drops)

Kitsune race + Fortune Rune. Kitsune provides a passive drop-rate increase and Fortune Rune adds up to +15% Luck — stacking both maximizes accessory and rune drops per hour.

Pure Melee DPS (Endgame)

Galevorn + Anos melee style. Galevorn gives +20% Melee DMG and 3% Lifesteal. Anos' Venuzdonoa ignores enemy defense — the strongest sustained single-target DPS in the game.
