Accessories in Sailor Piece
There are currently 17 accessories in Sailor Piece, ranging from game-changing endgame gear to early-game placeholders. Accessories provide significant stat bonuses including Defense, Damage, and Damage Reduction.
The Massive Update (March 25, 2026) and Ice Update (April 8, 2026) added powerful new accessories like Atomic Outfit, Abyssal Outfit, and Icen Queen Outfit.
Enchanting System
Accessories can be enchanted from E0 to E10 using Enchantment Orbs. Each enchant level increases the accessory's stats:
- Every level: +5% Defense, +4% Damage
- Every 2 levels: +2% Damage Reduction
- E0 to E10: Total bonus of +50% DEF, +40% DMG, +10% DR
The absolute best accessories in the game. These provide maximum stats and are essential for endgame content.
Atomic Outfit
A top-tier endgame accessory added in the Massive Update (March 25, 2026), dropped by the Atomic Boss (Cid) on Lawless Island. Atomic Outfit provides +82% DMG, +105% DEF, and +15% Damage Reduction at E0, scaling to +122% DMG, +155% DEF, and +35% DR at max enchant E10. Competes directly with Manipulator Outfit for best-in-slot status.
Abyssal Outfit
A powerful endgame accessory added in the Massive Update (March 25, 2026), purchased from the Tower Island shop using Tower Tokens. Abyssal Outfit provides +80% DMG and +105% DEF — one of the highest Defense bonuses in the game. Requires 4,000 Tower Tokens earned from the Infinite Tower.
Manipulator Outfit
The best overall accessory in the game. Manipulator Outfit provides 100% Defense, 72% DMG boost, and 15% Damage Reduction — making it the clear best-in-slot for both PvP and PvE endgame builds.
Maiden Outfit
Second-best accessory overall. Maiden Outfit grants 95% Defense, 70% DMG, and 15% Damage Reduction. Nearly as powerful as Manipulator Outfit and highly sought-after.
Icen Queen Outfit
The best accessory added in the Ice Update (April 8, 2026), dropped by the Frost Boss on Boss Island. Icen Queen Outfit provides strong defensive and damage buffs: +30% DEF, +35% DMG, and 17% Damage Reduction at E0, scaling to +80% DEF, +75% DMG, and 37% Damage Reduction at max enchant E10. Each enchant level adds +5% DEF, +4% DMG, and +2% DMG Reduction. Currently considered the best late-game accessory in the game.
Excellent accessories with great stats. Very strong choices for endgame builds.
Imperial Outfit
A Mythical accessory with 90% Defense, 65% DMG, and 15% Damage Reduction. The third-best outfit and a strong endgame option for players who can't yet obtain the top two.
Monarch Armor
A powerful Mythical armor piece themed around the Monarch boss. Provides strong defensive and offensive stats, perfect for endgame tank-damage hybrid builds.
Anos Outfit
The outfit of the Anos boss, obtainable from the Anos fight on Academy Island. A high-tier accessory for endgame players with strong all-round stats.
Gilgamesh Armor
A legendary armor set modeled after Gilgamesh. Obtained from the high-difficulty Gilgamesh summonable boss on Boss Island. Strong stats for endgame progression.
Alter Armor
A top-tier accessory added in the Alter Update (March 16, 2026). Ranked among the best accessories alongside Manipulator Outfit, Maiden Outfit, and Imperial Outfit. Provides defense and damage bonuses.
Strong accessories that perform well in most situations.
Sun Armor
An A-tier armor obtainable from Escanor Boss or Boss Rush Shop. Provides strong defensive and offensive stats as an alternative to Mythical accessories.
Mirage Pendant
A mid-game accessory dropped by Aizen in Hueco Mundo. The Mirage Pendant provides solid combat bonuses and is one of the better options for players in the mid-game range.

Yuji Hair
A Legendary-rarity cosmetic accessory with a 5% drop rate. Provides decent stat bonuses for mid-game players.
Soul Amulet
An accessory dropped by Alucard on Sailor Island. Soul Amulet is one of the earlier good accessories, providing useful bonuses before players can obtain endgame gear.

Gojo Blindfold
A beginner-friendly cosmetic accessory with minor stat bonuses. Themed after the Gojo character.
Santa Hat
An early game placeholder accessory with minor stat bonuses. Obtained during seasonal events.

Saber Armor
A Legendary-rarity mid-game accessory with a 5% drop rate. Placed in D tier by community Accessory Tierlist.
