Monarch's Decree gives every drop a 20% chance to yield +1 of that item. This is additive with the 2x Drop gamepass — if you have the gamepass, the effective cap is 3 copies per drop, not 4. The passive applies to all drop types: boss materials, runes, accessories, and currency drops. Over a long farming session, the 20% duplicate chance effectively gives you 1.2x the expected drops. Combined with +10% Luck and +20% Drop Chance bonuses, Monarch is the definitive choice for players farming rare accessories or boss materials.

When starting the game, you receive a random clan. Higher-tier clans are rarer. Use a Clan Reroll item to get a new random clan. S+ tier clans require significant reroll investment.
