Sasaki's Spirit is entirely focused on leveling speed. The +10% XP Gain is a passive always-active multiplier — it applies to all XP sources including boss kills, NPC kills, and quest completions. If you are still in the early or mid levels (below 5000), Sasaki can noticeably shorten your grind time. Once you reach endgame, reroll into a damage or farming clan for better returns.
